who founded Bahmani kingdom?

The Bahmani kingdom was founded by Hasan Gangu in 1347 AD during the reign of Muhammad bin Tughluq, later Hasan Gangu ascended the throne under the name of Alauddin Hasan Bahman Shah.  After establishment, it divided its empire into four provinces namely 1. Gulbarga 2. Daulatabad 3. Berar and 4. Bidar. It made Gulbarga the capital of its state and the official language was Marathi.  He died on February 11, 1358 AD. After his death, his son Mohammad Shah I sat on the throne. Mohammad Saheb I was the first to use gunpowder against Bukka.  After this Dawood I sat on the throne, he was able to rule for a short time, then Mohammed Shah II took over the reigns, he ruled the Bahmani kingdom for 19 years, after which Tajuddin Firoz sat on the throne of the Bahmani kingdom in 1397 AD, he  Established Firozabad on the banks of the Bhima river, he also built an observatory near Daulatabad, he was interested in astronomy, and encouraged it during his reign.  It ruled the Bahmani kingdom for 25 years, after which Shahabuddin Ahmed I took over the reins of the Bahmani kingdom, shifted the capital from Gulbarga to Bidar and renamed Bidar a new name, Muhammadabad.  The Bahmani kingdom continued to rule for 175 years.  The last ruler of the Bahmani kingdom was Kalim Ullah, after his death the Bahmani kingdom was divided into five independent kingdoms-

  Council of Ministers of Bahmani State: - The governance system of Bahmani State was very well organized, changes in it started during the reign of Mohammad Shah I, during this he created many departments and formed a well-organized Council of Ministers, in which each minister had his own separate task-
1. Vakil-E-Sultanat: - This was the highest post which was similar to Naib, the owner of Delhi.

 2. Vakil-E-Kul: – The person in this post used to supervise the work and arrangements of all the ministers in which the Vakil was not involved.

 3. Wazir-E-Ashraf :- Its work was related to foreign countries, in which all the works related to foreign policy and court were executed by Wazir-E-Ashraf.

 4. Peshwa :- Its main function was to provide assistance in the works of Vakil-E-Sultanate, that is, it worked as an assistant of Vakil-E-Sultanate.

 5. Amir-E-Jumla :- He was the chief head of the finance department, who used to manage the entire finance department.

 6. Nazir: - It was related to the finance department under Amir-E-Jumla.

 7. Sadre-E-Jahan :- He was the head of the department of charity and justice and the main reason for this was to control these departments.

 8. Sar-E- Naubat: - It was the chief officer of the security department, under which the Sultan used to control the military parties for the security of the palace and the court.

 9. Sakh-E-Khel: - It was the bodyguard soldiers who were responsible for the security of the Sultan's palace and court.
