बेरोजगारी - 

बेरोजगारी एक ऐसी समस्या जब कोई रोजगार की तलाश कर रहा पर उसे रोजगार नहीं मिल पा रहा हो तो ऐसी स्थिति को बेरोजगारी कहते हैं 

शिक्षित बेरोजगारी - 

शिक्षित बेरोजगारी किसी भी देश के लिए बहुत बड़ी समस्या है शिक्षित बेरोजगारी उस स्थिति को कहते हैं जब कोई व्यक्ति  शिक्षित होता है किंतु उसे अपनी कुशलता के अनुसार रोजगार प्राप्त नहीं हो पाता है तो इसे शिक्षित बेरोजगारी कहते हैं किसी भी देश में एजुकेशन फॉर ऑल एक ऐसी नीति है जिसने शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया है किंतु शिक्षित वर्ग का एक बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा रोजगार  हीन जीवन गुजारने पर मजबूर है भारत में शिक्षित बेरोजगारी एक भीषण समस्या बनकर सामने आ रही है भारत में युवाओं का प्रतिशत सबसे अधिक है और वह  दिन प्रतिदिन रोजगार पाने के लिए लंबी कतारों में खड़े हो जाते हैं और शिक्षित होने के बावजूद भी बहुत से लोगों को उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार रोजगार नहीं मिल पाता है लाखों रुपए खर्च  करके पास हो जाने के बाद भी नौकरी के लिए अक्सर धक्के खाने पड़  जाते है वर्तमान समय में आई कोरोना महामारी के कारण भी बेरोजगारी को बढ़ावा मिला है और यह समस्या दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ती ही जा रही है भारत में लगभग 133 करोड़ की आबादी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में बेरोजगारी दर साल 2017 - 18 में 14.9% एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में 2.1% से 10.7% के तहत है शिक्षित बेरोजगारी किसी भी देश के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या बनकर सामने आई है 

 शिक्षित बेरोजगारी के मुख्य कारण - 

1. कमजोर आर्थिक स्थिति

2. कुशल जनशक्ति की कमी

3. प्रौद्योगिकी समावेश

4. बढ़ती महंगाई

5. कम नौकरियां

 बेरोजगारी के दुष्प्रभाव - 

बेरोजगारी के दुष्प्रभाव का पता सभी देशों में इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि वहां के असामाजिक तत्वों में बढ़ोतरी का प्रतिशत क्या है बेरोजगारी के कारण है चोरी डकैती व हत्या जैसी घटनाएं बढ़ती जा रहे हैं डिप्रेशन एवं आत्महत्या जैसी घटनाएं एवं बीमारियां भी सामने आ  रही है।

निष्कर्ष - शिक्षित बेरोजगारी देश के लिए सबसे बड़ा अभिशाप है किसी भी देश के विकास में बेरोजगारी एक बहुत बड़ी बाधा बनकर सामने आई है भारत में बेरोजगारी संख्या लगभग 10 करोड़ पार कर चुकी है बेरोजगारी दूर करने के लिए सरकार उचित प्रयास कर रही हो किंतु गया काफी नहीं है आशा है कि रोजगार बढ़ाने में सरकार और भी अधिक प्रयास   करेंगी।
